All the latest conference equipment like over head projectors, public address systems and computer systems are available. For corporates we offer special packages.
Performaces by tribal and folk artistes are held on week-ends and on week days on prior request. This gives you an opportunity to observe first-hand the art and culture of Bengal as well as interact with the artistes themselves. If you are adventurous or simply curious, we also organise excursions to a local Santhal tribal village. Shantiniketan was the home of the poet and Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore and his legacy lives on in the form of the Vishwa Bharati University that he established here. Visits to the university and local handicraft centres are also organised.

There are a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games and facilities to help you relax and enjoy yourself. We have a swimming pool, a fishing pond, a children's play area, a badminton court, table-tennis and a selection of indoor games like carrom, housie, etc. to choose from.

The 32 rooms at Mark & Meadows are categorised as Standard, Deluxe, Executive Suite and Family Suite. All rooms are well furnished and have a balcony/sit-out area.
